Terms and conditions

These terms explain the rules for using the Krav Maga & Bootcamp mobile application, member portal features, and related websites operated by or on behalf of Krav Maga Elite and Battlebridge Bootcamp ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your contact details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to hold a login account, unless you are a parent or guardian managing a linked child profile as permitted by the gym.
• You must not register on behalf of another person without their permission, or share accounts in a way that breaches gym policy.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or gym rules.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes connected to your membership. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access to the app, other members’ data, or our systems.
• Misuse check-in features (for example, checking in when you are not at the gym).
• Upload offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app’s normal operation.
• Use the app to harass staff, coaches, or other members.

Abusive behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated. We may end support interactions and take appropriate action where conduct is threatening or unlawful.

• Class availability, capacity, and scheduling are subject to change.
• Booking, cancellation, and no-show rules follow your membership type and gym policy as shown in the app or communicated by staff.
• Location and QR check-in are provided to verify attendance at the training centre. QR codes expire after a short period to prevent misuse.
• Belt or level recommendations in the app are guidance only; coaches may advise differently in person.

• Paid memberships and event tickets are processed through Stripe and synced with our CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Prices, billing cycles, and refunds follow the terms agreed when you joined or purchased, unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Failed payments may affect app access after any grace period communicated to you.
• We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Martial arts and bootcamp training involve physical exertion and inherent risk. Information in the app — including class descriptions, curriculum content, body metrics, and progress tracking — is for general training support only.

It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or pregnancy. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the app.

You participate in classes and use the app at your own risk. You are responsible for informing coaches of relevant health conditions and following safe training practices.

Bootcamp members may optionally log body metrics and upload progress photos. This data is visible to you, your assigned coach, and authorised admins — not to other members. By logging metrics or uploading photos, you confirm you have read our Privacy policy and consent to that processing where required.

The app, branding, curriculum content, and materials we provide remain our property or our licensors’ property. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit app content without our written permission.

The app may link to third-party services (for example, payment flows). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, withdraw, or change features with reasonable notice where practical. We may revise these terms by updating this page; check the effective date periodically.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or participation in training, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Our total aggregate liability to you for claims relating to the app and these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100), except where a higher limit is required by law.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the app, except to the extent caused by our fault.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
